Moderator Ricer13 2,796 Posted January 6, 2020 Moderator Share Posted January 6, 2020 Round 2 has come an end in the VHLM. The Mississauga Hounds took care of business and eliminated the Mexico City Kings in 6 games. It was a very tight series and the team had rely on their defensive play to shut down the Kings. The Hounds had a post game celly in the locker room but didn’t want to go to crazy because their next series started in only two days. Instead the next day the team all got together and visited the local children’s hospital. The entire team visited the hospital and brought plenty of Hounds swag for the kids. They spent the day handing out gifts, signing autographs and getting to know these kids that are going through tough times in their life. Just being in the hospital and seeing what these kids are going through was a real eye opener for many of the players. Each player walked away with new friendships and learnt valuable life lessons about being selfless and giving back to those in need. As the Hounds prepare for the Finals they took time to reflect on the things they are grateful for in life and begin to focus on the task ahead against the Saskatoon Wild. word count: 204 MexicanCow123 and Cxsquared 2 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/75226-hounds-round-2-victory-celebration/ Share on other sites
