Marlins leading the league in most stats categories

Recommended Posts

San Diego marlins players are having great seasons leading the league in a majority of the individual offensive categories. A marlin leads the league in points, goals, assists, shots, points by a forward, points by a defenseman, plus the hits leader. The only offensive categories they don't lead in are ppg, shg which can be contributed to poor special teams and game winning goals. That's likely due to the marlins having it of goal scorers.

Points- The leading scorer in the VHL so far is marlin Kyl oferson who just hit the century mark. He is followed by teammate roque Davis who should hit the century mark next.

Goals- Kyl oferson also leads the league in goals with 48 in 42 games and should hit 50 in the next sim possibly 2.. Like with points he is followed by teammate Roadkill Steve.

Assists - Roque Davis leads the league in assists putting up a whopping 76 in 42 games to lead the league by 9

Shots - Roadkill Steve leads the league with 306 shots which gives him a six shot lead over teammate Kyl oferson. Roadkill Steve had 20 shots in a game earlier this season to outshot the opposition by 3 on his own.

Plus/minus- although it is pretty useless stat to many the marlins have the top 5 plus minus players with oferson leading at +69.

Hits-Thomas Landy II leads the league in hits with 207 giving him a 7 hit lead. Landry does more than just hit people as he is also among the top 10in both goals and points.
