So please read if you are a veg lover and like Indian cuisine !! YES, i am veg Hey guys its me Hooperorama#2273 , So today I will be talking about few South Indian Cuisines . India's cuisine is totally different from the rest! Because India is rich in spices we have different set of food which many of you might not even touch or seen. I am not listing all but I mentioning my favorite Breakfast Masala dosa A masala dosa is made by stuffing a dosa with lightly cooked potatoes, onions, green chilli and spices. According to Wikipedia Masala dosa is listed as number 49 on World’s 50 most delicious foods complied by CNN in 2011. It is also cited as top ten tasty foods of the world .Masala dosa is one of my favorite food. there are 100s of variations some like Mysore masala dosa, rava masala dosa, onion masla dosa, paper masala dosaLUNCH Starters: MANCHURIA (dry) Manchu cuisine or Manchurian cuisine is the cuisine of Manchuria, the historical name for a region which now covers mostly Northeast China and Outer Manchuria. It is a really tasty man!! SHOULD TRY Main course:veg biryani Biryani is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It can be compared to mixing a curry, later combining it with semi-cooked rice separately. This dish is especially popular throughout the Indian subcontinent. My area , hyderbad is famous for biryani. If u come here HMU ill suggest you.Dessert semiya payasam Semiya Payasam is a simple, yet delicious festive pudding made of vermicelli , milk, dry fruits and flavored with cardamom and/or saffron. Usually a staple on occasions like Telugu new year and Onam where a feast is cooked, and this payasam is served as dessert. You can use any kind of Semiya (Vermicelli) to make the Semiya payasam.
