You picked someone who was already picked, and could have changed it at any time. You didn't have to wait until your next pick, you were tagged saying this was the case.

That doesn't really explain why I was given no timer to make that correction before several other players were taken.

 

But, as I said, it doesn't matter at this point, hence why I took a back-up goalie. Losing a couole TPE for my mistake isn't the end of the world, I was just commenting that it seemed inconsistent, or at least unclear, from the rules.

All I can say is thats how it's always been done. You can still select:

 

Jacques Lafontaine

Samuel Ross

Jimmy Spyro

Jaxx Hextall

Stone Wolski

Virgil Ligriv

Raymond Bernard

 

 

who are all starters you don't have to select a back up.

I've accepted my fate. I doubt the difference between one of those and a backup is enough to save my draft at this stage. I'll take my 1 TPE for participating and the lesson on how this process works for next time.
