Through 22 games the Mexico City Kings have a name not may expected to be leading their team in points. Arthur Dayne leads the squad with 12 goals and 17 helpers. Dayne’s current scoring display was certainly a surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one. Recently, Dayne was given a new line mate, King’s captain Chris Hylands. The duo has been off to quite the start, they have amassed 11 points in their first four games together. Hylands who in his mind has been struggling as of late hopes he can find his scoring touch. “I think he’s playing fine, sometimes he can be a bit too hard on himself” Dayne told the media. The Kings are currently tied for fourth with 29 points, having an identical record to the Mississauga Hounds. The team also showed their desire for winning it all this season by acquiring Viktor Mjers and Jeremy Lin. “They’re great players and the really want to win so I think they’ll ft right in.”
