McGrattan - Extra Training

Sturm helping out!

 

 

Because of his bad offensive stats Mike McGrattan had an extra practice with former german NHL player Marco Sturm. After Sturm has heard about the offensive struggles of Mike McGrattan he phoned him and offered to help him immediatly. "I am very proud that we have a young player like Mike in the VHLM and its a matter of course that i help him when he is in a small slump."

 

After a short mental lesson McGrattan and Sturm hit the ice for some technique-practice. There was much laughing on the ice and they had a lot of fun. „I thinks it is very important that i dont put to much preasure on me the next few games. Marco showed me some little moves and found some blemish on my shoting technique. Maybe i hope this changes have some impact on my scoring and i can help my team with some more goals. Next few practice-meetings i will focus more on playmaking and passing with Marco. I am very happy that he helps me!“
