DRUMM REACHES RARE MILESTONE

Chicago, IL

While half the city is burning down (dry summer bro), millions face stimulus checks that will never come, and the Blackhawks are still in the playoffs somehow, some good news actually came out of the windy city today.  Veteran (and incumbent) defenseman Charles Drumm reaches the 700 total practice hours earned in his career with this press conference.  Why does that matter, you say?

Starting next week, Drumm will be FINALLY allowed to join the elite and boujee (looks canadian so it's probably wrong) VHL PENSION PLAN

Drumm had this to say after practice on Thursday in DC.  "It's pretty cool I guess...  I get another hour of ice time for free I suppose.  Maybe I will have the team play my favorite song when I come out on the ice for the next home game (see below)."

Now in his seventh season (he thinks), reaching this elusive and rare milestone is certainly going to be the most impressive thing he does in his career.
