The Prague Phantoms have played solid hockey during the Draft Lottery Tournament as they finished the tournament 8-2, which was good for 2nd after the Toronto Legion. The team saw the great play of Gary Tarantino continue but also saw Dagmar Havlova hit another level of play. She ended up leading the Phantoms in scoring after scoring 14 points in 10 games. Havlova had a breakout year in S73 finishing the year with 61 points. Her previous career high? 19 points, so this tournament just further proved her doubters wrong!

Thomas Landry II also seemed to have found his game during the tournament. He looked more like the Landry we seen score 34 goals in S72 . He managed to score a PPG at the tournament, scoring 10pts in the ten games. Ben McGirr also stepped up in the tournament and added 12pts in the ten games, offense was not an issue at the tournament.

If only these Phantoms had shown up for the regular season. During the regular season the Phantoms handed over quite a few Wins to the expansion teams and that is what lead to them missing out on the playoffs this season.  If they had dominated the expansion teams during the regular like they have here in this tournament the Phantoms wouldn't even be playing in this tournament right?
