Reaptoms or is it Phanpers?!?

Had a little fun with this one trying to push the boundary of my comfort zone so I was playing around with effects within the graphic creator that I am using. I used sharpness, vintage and light leak to create some interest texture to the picture that I wouldn't have usually used. I liked the light leak as it actually brought the split image together at the bottom of the images with the text very nicely. Not a huge fan of the vintage or the sharpness since vintage tried to make it more disco looking and sharpness only added more hand drawn feel to the graphic. Which could work better if used in a different format. I also had played around with Newspaper, Wall and a few others learning that I can do a bunch more with my images layer by layer then I would have normally considered. It was a good learning graphic if nothing else. 

 

Watch for an Newspaper or Wall signature coming in a few weeks as I play around more with this concept.

Oh, and if you haven't figure it out this is a recreation of the Philadelphia Reapers logo and the Prague Phantoms logo split imaged. It actually turned out better then expected when I came up with the concept to try to do a split image of a Reaper and a Phantom together as it wasn't originally meant to be logo recreation but I think it turned out alright'!!
