We are currently wrapping on the playoffs for both our VHL and VHLM leagues, so you currently won't be able to sign anywhere. For now, work on doing point tasks and the draft will be in a couple weeks or so and you will either get drafted by a team in the VHLM or you will be able to sign as a free agent after the draft is over.
