CALGARY - It is quite obvious that Jacques Lafontaine is not playing well. So far, he has had a horrendous start to the season with a record of 4-4-2 and a 3.44 GAA along with a surprising and an awful 0.899 save percentage in the 10 games he has played so far. Something seems to be wrong and nothing seems to be clicking for the Victory Hockey League veteran.

“Yeah, I haven’t been playing well. I don’t know if it’s fatigue or something but I can’t seem to get the legs going. I’m working hard but I think it’s no secret that I am not playing as well as I could be. I can’t even make any excuses. I’m holding my team back. Vsevolod Askarov has been great for us and I need to do the same if I want to help my team win. This team has been nothing short of amazing, I’d hate to be the weak link that is dragging us down. I’ll be taking a break from sitting on roofs and eating food from sponsored restaurants and stuff… I need to focus and get my act together.”

I see were in the same boat bud, while I had a few good games I've been pulled like 6 or 7 times and my numbers are pretty bad, here's hoping we each rebound!!
