  8. Haha yeah I was hopingfor Panama. I was 30th and the 2 teams picked after me were Australia and Spain so both higher chances of getting some money back. That said we have a 'quickest goal' and that could be anyone. Go on Victor Moses. Yeah Colombia's a fun one, liked them last World Cup. I think Uruguay and Mexico could be entertaining and maybe Croatia will finally get it together.

  19. It wasn't a choice lol, I'm suggesting both.
  20. 1. Round by round bracket. Like NHL where you predict the results before the round as opposed to a bracket which fucks you over by not getting bits right. 2. Pick em and predict the score like VHL for 4 weeks.
  21. I'd run it and am reliable-ish.
  22. RIGA, Latvia - An independent hockey research laboratory named MakeItReign headed by Dr Janis Zeptenbergs, of the famous nose and moustache, has been hard at work in the last 24 hours crunching the numbers of the S61 VHL Entry Draft. The results, while not yet published, are bound to cause a stir throughout the VHL. "We're still in shock over how the Bears in particular could make such poor decisions under pressure," one MakeItReign analyst was quoted as saying. "It is one thing to pick Matt Thompson and Roger Sterling in the 1st round considering all the fairly clear medical issues surrounding them, but to do so ahead of clearly superior players in the same position [Podrick Cast/Edwin Preencarnacion and Arvid Aamo] is absolutely criminal. We will be writing to the league headquarters stating our concern over the suitability of GM Blake Campbell for a high-ranking role in an international hockey league." The team of researchers has gone through several pages of randomly generated numbers and symbols and has come to the conclusion that not only did the Riga Reign come away as clear draft winners, but also possibly the clearest draft winners in the history of mankind. Particular attention has been paid to the unfathomable double steal of Jesper Stromberg and Mikka Pajari - 2 bonafide superstars in the making somehow forgotten about by an entire league, from GMs to commissioners. "We don't want to alarm anyone but preliminary findings suggest this draft will have shockwaves reverberating throughout the VHL for many years to come," Dr Zeptenbergs said. "Seattle in particular has set itself back for at least 8 seasons by our conservative estimates." More to follow.
  23. They're always ripe for an implosion. Although, what I like about this year is that every good team seems to be like that. Spain are relying on a few players on their last legs (looking at you Iniesta). Germany seem to have a lost a bit of win-at-all-costs that Schweinsteiger, Lahm had. Speaking of which, Leroy Sane? I don't mind but oh my god the uproar here in the UK was something else. Could have thought it was an England selection that was controversial, not a German one.
