I'm not sure what you mean by that when I looked at every team currently in a playoff spot and 7 out of 10 of them have a starter above 850 TPA--and one of the three left is Prague where the starter's TPA isn't really all that different from much of the rest of the roster.

There are only two highly competitive teams (Moscow and Davos) who I would say have a noticeably low-TPE goaler and I wouldn't call that much of a meta, especially when the current #1 in either conference isn't one of them. Plus, it's not like we haven't seen good teams with lower-TPE goalers in the past; this is nothing new at all and teams with good players in net consistently do great as well. So I don't see a reason to take legislative action against those specific cases.

What Bana said is a decently comprehensive list of what we're working on; there isn't really a huge exciting thing around the corner that no one knows about and with the topics being somewhat mundane it doesn't usually come up as a burning need to share things with the community. We're always around to answer questions about this stuff though.
