After climbing the mountain, @fishy has elected to exit the AGM role on top. This means I'm in need of someone to help me out around the LR for at least the next few seasons.
 
For those who don't know, I'll quickly summarize what I look for in an AGM, sorted roughly from most important to least important:
- Activity in the LR, interacting with players, prospects, and potential FA targets.
- Learning about what it takes to be a GM in this league, to hopefully eventually lead a team of your own.
- Being around to discuss ideas about lines, roster composition, free agency and draft targets. Not to necessarily make any decisions on this front, just to make sure that I am considering all fronts.
- Produce team press conferences if the demand is there. There hasn't been much demand recently, but if you're interested, you can try and kickstart that again.
- Send lines for me the one time every 2-3 seasons that I am not around to do so to cover season starts or backup goalie games.

We held a vote in my first season as a manager but last season it was @Matt thunder and I who made the choices, this season VOTING is back! With a full team of players and a suggestion from one of our newer guys @Jason, it was an easy decision to let the team handle the decision and in the past few days each player has been making their way up to the general managers office to submit a vote. Thank you to everyone who participated.. No more waiting, it's time to announce our leaders for the upcoming season!

2. I don’t really see any changes to the league with less teams.
3. The main thing Ottawa needs to do is score a lot of goals and prevent other teams from scoring more than us.
4. I’m adjustable and can work with any line that I’m put on.
5. 3 penalties on 3 different periods.
6. I’m still new to the vhl but I like that I can play my favorite sport virtually and learn new things.
