#AsktheBouch: Trouble in Prague

Another Week and another dollar needed so here we are once again with the series we call #asktheBouch but last week we tried something different and we learned really quickly no one is interested so that will be the end of the new series of “Ferme ta Bouche or Parlons-en” as only two people answered the question.

 

RB: Sadly I was one of them

 

This week we were going to look at FA and where the currently Robert Bouchard of the Prague Phantoms ranks and get his thoughts towards the FA period that is approaching at the end of the season but I am not sure that will be what we end up taking about today after a over-reaction to another media report by a Rookie out of Huston.  I am sure you have seen the article in question so what are your thoughts?

 

RB: Uh, Well I am not one to throw people under the bus and run them over by driving back and forth as many times as I can but I feel for the player since as I mentioned in a past article of #AsktheBouch that my locker room is also very empty at times. This doesn’t mean that it isn’t active but I live in a different time zone (shocker) so when I arrive for my work out at the locker room (LR is so lazy) that I am usually greeted by a cold black nose that makes me jump.

 

A cold black nose?

 

RB: Yeah, the black lab that I just brought to the teams lock room (LR is so lazy) that keeps me company. I got the idea for our teams Press Conference when some Joker media guy asked this stupid question about the team owning a puppy what type would we select and what would we name it. So I couldn’t just sit there and not answer the question so I answer Black Lab and Phantom. After the Press Conference I thought it was a good idea to keep me company in the dark quiet locker room. Until it took the habit of scaring me with a nice cold nose greeting every day.

 

So we are already at the word count for an article that we learned last week that no one is going to actually read so is there anything else you would like to say to finish the interview?

 

RB: I would like to be traded, yeah. Tough as it is to come to that conclusion there's no other alternative, you know?

 

Wow! That seems like such a 180. Is there anything the Bulls Phantoms could do to change your mind?

 

RB: No, I just want them to do the right thing.

Wait a Second, You weren’t serious about the trade request; where you?

 

RB: Nope, but since you lead off with the other shit storm of a media press release from that kid I thought I would try to drive some numbers to our series.

 

So you are saying that you don’t want traded?

 

RB: Honestly, I don’t care if I get traded or don’t get trade the team has the right to trade me or play me in what ever place or position that they feel best of the team. So if they trade me for a bag of hockey pucks then I cannot go around screaming and acting a fool as it is what is best of the team. I am currently an FA at the end of the season with no current contract discussions so I am assuming that if the right trade lands on the table of my AGM or GM that they would trade me in an instant. I simple have to accept the trade, get on the plane and meet my new teammates for then next game. Now that team traded for me for one reason or another and simple perform on the ice.

RB: Nope

 

Are you drunk?

 

RB: I wish

 

You know that some in the VHL are going to take this too seriously?

 

RB: LOL!! Yeah, It does kind snow a lot in the VHL doesn’t it!! LOL!!  Truthfully I was just having some fun and I hope that majority can see that part of our article so I hope you hind the conversation after the actually media to see if they get the joke or not.

I might head back over to that other press conference for that Huston kid as it is good entertainment.

Breaking news: Robert Bouchard has been officially sent back down to the VHLM by the Prague Phantoms. He will be playing for the Houston Bulls.

Why you shouldn't get detracted by an active locker room taking about trades when writing a meme article!! LOL!
