What is RavenSkill Development?

With some expansion to the program lately, I figured that I would clear the air on any vagueness of what the RavenSkill Development Agency is. In this article, I will look at what defines this agency, as well as its brief history to this point. We hope you will come away from this article with a better understanding of our mission as an organization.

 

The Origins

RavenSkill Development began with another name entirely. Formerly DilAgency as a play on the words “diligence” and “agency,” I put out a recruitment post asking if anyone would like to join this player agency / development program I had conceptualized. We saw some traction, and kicked off operations that offseason.

 

However, the DilAgency name did not last long. There was a ton of confusion around a possible affiliation with the VHL user Dil. This even resulted in a lawsuit, and we had to rename the agency. After putting up a poll, MattyIce's suggested name of RavenSkill Development Agency took home the victory. And with that, we were back on track to becoming a prominent player agency in the VHL community.
 

 

What is the RavenSkill Development Agency?

First and foremost, we are a player agency. This means we are willing to advise you on player building and TPE earning if you wanted. Secondly, we are a player development program. Every offseason, we hold a training camp in Stockholm where our clients practice and train together in preparation for the upcoming VHL season.

 

For you as a member, RavenSkill Development is essentially a way to get regular content about your player, since that can be hard to come by after you’ve been drafted. We have had feature articles about specific players, offseason reports, newsletters, and even a graphic collection in the past. In the coming weeks, we are planning to introduce some offseason training camp sims as well! It is just a fun experience with no effort or obligations needed on the players’ end.

We hope this clears up any confusion as to what we are. We are looking forward to continuing the momentum generated as of late, so keep an eye out for our name in the future!
