I like that you adhered to the Asian theme and used a background that's culturally appropriate for Asia and fits the theme. I think your jersey swap on the goalie also looks pretty darn good considering. My problems with the graphic: 1) The huge resolution. Most signature-style sim league graphics should be around 400 pixel width by 200 pixel height. Huge resolution graphics amplify small errors, in this case, the artifacting on the background image (you can see a lot of pixelization in the darker red parts, because the stock image was originally a much smaller resolution and you scaled it up quite a bit). 2) In a graphic, usually you want the player render to be the focal point. In this case because the image is so huge, the player takes up maybe 10% of the total real estate of the image and loses importance. 3) Text is awful. IMO you could help it by using a different font for the player name and 'team asia' to give it some contrast. Also, both "phrases" are roughly the same size which makes it pop less. IMO the focus should be the player name, thus that font/text should be bigger, and 'team asia' will be the sub-text, which should be smaller, to suplement the focus of the graphic (the player) 4) Even though you admitted it in your post, the graphic is very very basic. It consists of the background, the player render, and the text. There is no interaction between any of these elements, such as a light source which affects all 3 elements, which results in a more consistent homogenous graphic. 4/10 keep working!
