The jersey which I assume is a boston one looks good and all but with a Seattle logo it doesn't really match the color scheme. The attributes and the meta thing you're doing with the 40 99 stuff is easy to get for regular members but for those who don't know the reference (which I doubt really exist) might not get it and so maybe some vertical text to the left of the numbers would be an interesting idea.
