When we think about good teams and bad teams often those that are in the middle are forgotten, the extremes attract. One of those teams in the middle is Helsinki Titans, they are currently 8th in VHL, which makes them the champions of the middle.  Helsinki Titans is a team that has been midentified as a team that does some things well and some things not so well. For example, Titans powerplay is on "ok" level, but penalty kills is among the best in league. Titans has one of the better defenses as they have one of the lowest goals against total, but in return the offense is not producing as Titans has one of the lowest goals scored total. This is a textbook midentity. The team is so mid that it hurts to watch.

 

A bright mind, Midelangelo, once said that we should not midolize mideologies developed by midiots. However, as a result many choose to stay in the middle. They don't venture too far out of what is safe and ok, they don't take risks or try new things. They are slow to make changes. They are slow the react. Or they just refuse to do any changes. According to Mideangelo it's better to be safe than sorry. A true midealist carefully analyzes what is smart and what is not.
