Spaz 297
The McFleury’s were born in a Mcdonalds in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada when on a hot summer's day a McFlurrys machine ended up breaking down, and the employees couldn’t figure out how to fix it, they ended up having a repair man come in and he helped give birth to three McFleury’s. They would all be triplets and their names would be Oreo, Skor, and Reese. So many customers were mad about the McFlurry machine being shut down that day after five years they would eventually be chased out of the country. With no idea where to go, and not many options the McFleury’s would become American citizens, the only problem they had left was they didn’t know what to do or where to go. It would take a year later before they would end up joining a hockey camp, nobody knows why or when they did, could it be in their Canadian blood, or could it be the fact that they were born from a frozen dessert machine? I don’t think we will ever know. All three McFleury’s would join the VHLM in season 85 and would suit up to play with the Mexico City Kings and play the final 20 games of the season, they would clinch the playoffs and beat the Houston Bulls in 5 games before eventually falling to the Saskatoon Wild in 6 games. Let's take a look at all three players and see where they are today now. Skor is a 6 foot 215 pound defenseman, in 20 games with the Kings Skor would put up 16 points, 3 goals and 13 assists, 14 hits and 12 shots blocked, and in the playoffs he would only manage to put up 4 points, 1 goal and 3 assists in 11 games. Skor would be drafted in the 7th round of the VHLM draft by the Mississauga Hounds, but that wouldn’t matter because he would already have his mind set to go to Europe and play before he would get drafted in the VHL. He would sign a 1 year deal with the Cologne Express where he would end up putting up 74 points in 72 games, 16 goals and 58 assists with a +/-44 125 hits and 142 shots blocked. Cologne would make the playoffs but crumble to the eventual cup winners Oslo Storm in 6 games, Skor could only muster up 3 points in 6 games and +/- -3. The season 87 draft he would be selected 2nd overall to the Riga Reins, he will also suit up for them this upcoming season and I can’t be more excited to see what he can do. He has potential to become a superstar defenseman but can he get over his butterflies when it comes to playoff time? Reese is a 6’3, 215 pound defenseman, in 20 games with the Kings Reese would put up 10 points 3 goals and 7 assists, a massive 36 hits and 13 shots blocked. In the 11 games of the postseason Reese would only put up 3 assists but throw his body around 16 times and block 8 shots. He would stay down in the M for a season and be drafted 8th overall by the Las Vegas Aces where he would play 56 games and put up 50 points. Reese would finish his season with the Kings as he would be traded the Aces struggles, and settling for a rebuilding season. Reese would only play 16 games and would put up 24 points for a season total 74, 16 goals and 58 assists, 176 assists and 117 shots blocked. The Kings would qualify for the playoffs and beat Miami in 7 before falling to the eventual cup winners San Diego Marlins in 7 games but blowing a 3 games to 1. Reese put up15 points in 14 games, 22 hits and 19 shots blocked. Reese will play in the VHLE this season as he was drafted 4th overall to the Istanbul Redwolves. Reese is the only brother out of the three I’m not sure about, they’re times where he flashes bright but Alex, Blazzer, JB123 and 1 other 4 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/132381-mcflurrys-to-the-mcfleurys/ Share on other sites

Gaikoku-hito 2,134
Did they play their hockey for the Halifax McDonalds? As that is where I thought you were heading when you started writing this!! Subway always won I played since it was healthier then McDonalds and McDonalds was healthier the Dairy Queen. Even Crosby turned his back in DQ to play for Subway!! I even think DQ was renamed Pepsi but only became a side.
