Text irks me a bit, the shadow is a little cheesy, try just making a layer underneath it and doing a bit of soft black brushing...not too intense. Stock work isn't your best, the geometry should have been erased over his head, and the tree doesn't really fit. Not bad overall but you can do better. Look: 2.5/3 - I think you've got a solid start here, but like Jackim said, there is some stuff that needs to be fixed. Aside from what's already been said, I think if you moved the render just a tiny bit to the right (not too much, just a bit) and moved the text down a bit, the sig would flow better. Also, I think you could take the whole cloud theme and run with it, use just the clouds from the background and use a cloudy stock to blend in the render.
