Smarch 2,945 Posted January 30 Share Posted January 30 Player Spotlight – UghSike After joining the Victory Hockey League on January 8th, 2024, and being declared draft eligible for the Season Ninety-Three VHLM, VHLE and VHL drafts by his player agent @UghSike, the young Irish winger was able to join the Saskatoon Wild prior to the start of the Season Ninety-Two VHLM season. The nineteen-year-old has quickly impressed those around the league with his consistent off-ice practice abilities. UghSike has been able to amass 158 practice hours in under a month, a very impressive number especially for a first gen player in the VHL. On the ice, UghSike has been equally as impressive in the forty games he has played in this season. He has put up a balanced offensive season with fourteen goals and sixteen assists in those forty games. With Saskatoon likely to unfortunately miss the playoffs this season, UghSike will have plenty of time of hon his craft during the offseason, which will likely include him being a first round pick in the VHLM, VHLE and even possibly the VHL draft during the Season Ninety-Three offseason. We wish the youngster the upmost success as he will hopefully continue on his TPE tear in the upcoming seasons.
