Hello  i'm here to recap san Diego's trade deadline. First, the marlins traded fan favourite defensemen Russell Sprout @betta57, a season 93 6th round pick, and a season 94 4th round pick in exchange for defence Ray Stanton @horoscope from Saskatoon. My former D partner in Russell Sprout was a two way Dman who put up decent numbers offensively with 6 goals, 25 apples for 31 points during his 52 games with the team. Ray Stanton has shown offensive promise with the Wild along with great offensive positioning making him a great combo that can fit on almost any D pairing.

San Diego signed a ton of top tier free agents over the deadline. First, we signed Centre Jacob Longstreet @Dynamicmlb_42 who is a rookie with great offensive awareness and ok defence. Second we signed the man, the myth, the legend, Jillian woods @jacobcarson877 who play an INSANE defensive game and filthier mits than someone working at a crematorium. Third, we signed left wing Maverick Goncalves (great name by the way) @leandrofg who plays a great two way game and shows promise to become the best Swiss player in the VHLM. Fourth, we signed Goaltender Cash Antolak @Moneynation who is brand new and has a lot of room to grow but did show ok numbers in his debut vs the lynx. Last but not least we signed Felicia Hardy @JCarsonwho has decent hands and good defensive vision.

In other news Saskatoon has traded Ughsike @UghSike, and Forum content @frescoelmoto miami in exchange for a a s93 1st round pick, a s94 2nd round pick, and Leon Bruhmaninho @BigBruhman . Ughsike in his time with the Saskatoon Wild scored 20 goals, 26 assists, for 46 points in 52 games, he's also a disciplined player only having 18 penalty minutes as of the time I'm writing this, his speed is impeccable and his shot is unstoppable. Forum Content before getting traded was having a monster year with 30 goals, 50 apples for 82 points during his time for Saskatoon and is probably one of if not the best play makers in the league as him and Ughspike carried there team being the only true stand out guys on that roster. Leon Bruhmaninhio is a decent offensive winger that I'm sure Saskatoon is happy to have on the roster as he put up 15 goals, 35 apples for 50 points showing how consistant he is on offense, the only thing holding him back from being a true number one right winger is his lack of defensive abilities which makes him a liability on the penalty kill.

Saskatoon Seems to have accepted the rebuild as they also shipped off star winger Annie Oaks @Noodle Enjoyerwho put up 31 goals 33 apples for 64 points during they're stint with the Wild in exchange for picks and some good up and coming prospects such as Masa Akimoto @Hokikeijot who currently has 102 tpa, during they're time with the Aces they put up 5 goals and 18 apples for 23 points, they are a decent two way player who can turn into a decent top pairing D man. Overall it was a very exciting trade deadline.

Review: After spending the last number of seasons reviewing VHL articles as they were relevant to where my player was I now find myself seeking articles about the VHLM so i can quickly come back up to speed so I know what my new player will be facing.  This article provides a great summary of things going on at the trade deadline.  To be part of the sudden change in the defensive structure of San Diego I hope it makes a difference in how they finish the season.  Will be interesting to see how the draft plays out and how the VHLM looks for season 93.

Great article, I give it a 8/10

Review: Good summary of the trade deadline. A bit hard to read as it feels a bit of like a word block, could have a bit more spacing or imaging for a little bit easier read. With so much turnover, how do you feel the changes would affect the teams? Good use of stats line to help with seeing how each player's production is so far in the season. What are your thoughts on each trade in terms of who won each trade/transaction? I personally did not follow the trade deadline, did Saskatoon and San Diego basically were part of all the trades that went by during the deadline? Overall, good information on what transactions occurred over the deadline. 8/10
