Look: 2/3 - That colorful stock overlaying this is too much, you need to soft erase some of that stuff imo, especially around the face. Adding a stock to kelp smooth this out or tie it together so to speak would have helped. Also try to reduce the saturation on the outside. And blurring the background would help a lot with the background. Creativity: /11 - Keep trying new stuff.
