Look: 2.75/3 - I really like the stock work on the render as well as the lighting, but you've got two main problems here - the text and the empty space to the right. First, I'd suggest moving the text closer to the render. 95% of the time, you want the text to overlap with the render in some way, so ideally, I'd place it around the area below the render's shoulder. Second, the right half of the sig is way too empty. I'd suggest either moving the render to the right (you'd probably have to move some of the stocks to the right as well) or just cropping off somewhere between 25 and 50 pixels from the right side.
