Mild nitpicking here, but the condition has to execute by next offseason. So if 95 LDN 1 is non-lotto, you're all fine and dandy. If it is lotto, then the next pick would have to be pre-determined to move since you can't wait for S96 1st to be determined. So might just need to be a wording tweak there to be S95 1 lotto protected otherwise 96 1
