Gustav his dark secret

 

We all have endured Gustav talking about himself for the last months, and if anyone read them all, I applaud you. I only sometimes skimmed it because he had tagged me in an article where he once again showed how a great human being he is by voting on Idaho and therefor sharing an amount, a fact that he is sharing into oblivion, to enlighten his greatness as a human being.  But deep down, he hold a dark secret, a masterplan so bad that it likely did not get mentioned in his 30 in 30 series.

Gustav has been amongst us for over 30 seasons now, and can be seen as part of the leagues interior by now. We all know that ugly chair you have sitting in the corner of the living room that you can't get rid of due to sentimental reasons? Well that one would be me. Gustav is more like an old television that is still playing the same shows day in day out, the guy types more in his articles in his media spots, than he would do at his work, whatever that is. The guy just lives with an Eat, VHL,Drink, VHL, Sleep, VHL rhythm in his life. 

So nothing shocking at this part. But how can a guy that is here for so long, have his dark secret going undetected. It's easy, when you think of Gustav, I don't think anyone would have any negative feelings towards the guy. Even when I blamed him for stealing Adrienne's points early in his career (which I only thought of when he recently mentioned it to me, this old chair really forgets things easily nowadays) i never really was mad at him, but just imagine how great of a career Adrienne could have had if Gustav didn't steal his points!

So Gustav is kind of the leagues teddybear at this point, everyone loves him. And that is exactly the biggest part of his charade. His whole personality is an act people. In fact, in the years before he joined he was busy getting drunk at clubs all over the city, and losing money by the truckloads from sports betting. Sound familiar? Probably not as this information is from a post that is almost 11 years old. 11 years you say? But Gustav hasn't been here that long?  In honesty, that's what he wanted us to think. Just think of it, who would take a random name like Gustav as a username? And then create a player as random of a name as Jerry Garcia, a guitarist of a band named the grateful dead. It's the perfect cover up for someone who does not want to be found. Gustav has been playing us for years, and quite frankly, him being in the Gustav character is an actual upgrade over the original. 

But now we have to write about the VHL lore, i think it is time to reveal his darkest secret, his ultimate plow. It was fun knowing you Gustav, but now your secret is out, your time in the VHL will no longer be the same.

Gustav, my friends, is not really Gustav. He is the ultimate Anderson alt. And he played all of you. I am glad I was able to open your eyes! Now it's a matter of time before he gets himself banned again. Thank me later.

I just now noticed this. Considering that Anderson did come back and apologize a few years or so ago, and get banned after a review, I do think that it would be at the very least interesting if that were the case. Certainly an all-time case of VHL lore because THIS iteration of me hasn’t done anything bannable and I’d imagine what to do with me would probably be a matter of debate.
