Teams Interested In David David Already?!

Rumour has it that there are a couple of teams who have reached out to David David to express an interest in drafting him to the VHL. Given we are only just finished the first round of the VHL playoffs, and that there is a long off-season ahead of us at the conclusion of the playoffs, it has been an encouraging development for a player who has often flown under the radar. David has been working out in Scottsdale lately (not exactly the pinnacle of hockey development area so who really knows why) and was asked recently about which teams have expressed an interest. "I'm not at liberty to say right now,' said David, standing on the 16th tee box during a round of golf (which is the working out he has described). "All I will say is that I would consider playing for both teams so it's nice to see that consideration reciprocated. Reaching out so early surely is a strong sign of interest, but maybe these GMs are just efficient at their job and doing their proper due diligence - who really knows.
