With the new VSN mock draft, Igor is ranked number two, which would send Igor back to Europe to the Warsaw Predators. If this is the case, this will be Igor's first time back in Europe in a year where he grew up and started his hockey journey. His mentor, King Kisslinger, was selected 15th overall by the Warsaw Predators back in season 90. Igor has been talking to King Kisslinger lots lately, picking his brain about the draft process, how it feels to finally hear your name called. He was also asking what life was like in some of the cities he played for, like Warsaw, Vancouver, and Seattle. The Kisslinger family has had multi-generational players play in Warsaw, so they know the city and the fans very well. It is not certain that Igor goes anywhere, but the most important thing is his willingness to learn and to play anywhere. Igor is just happy he has the chance to play professional hockey, his lifelong dream, and it is all going to come true tomorrow night. Tomorrow night, the Igor Sokolov show finally starts, and you're all invited to the premiere!
