Today we have 7 Awards to give out to our incredible Houston Bulls. This was a phenomenal season all around for Houston. We had one of the best defensive seasons in Houston's history, led the league nearly all season long and winning the Prime Minister's Cup, and last but certainly not least winning the Founder's Cup. So in order to acknowledge the wonderful season, dedication, and personal achievements of the S98 Houston Bulls let's get started.

Six Shooter (Leads Team in Goals)

Locked and loaded, this Houston Bulls sniper fires a barrage of goals, leading the team with a quick trigger and deadly aim. The Six Shooter Award salutes the sharpshooter who leaves goalies riddled and the scoreboard blazing.

Wheel Horse (Leads Team in Assists)

The engine of the Bulls’ offense, this playmaker keeps the wheels turning, dishing slick passes that spur the herd to score. The Wheel Horse Award celebrates the Houston assist leader who harnesses vision to drive the team’s stampede.

Named for the symbolic “spur” that drives a team forward, the award recognizes players whose off-ice presence significantly enhances team morale, unity, and resilience.

Flaming Bull (MVP)

The Flaming Bull Award is a daily honor that celebrates the Houston Bulls’ top performer in each VHLM simulation, recognizing players who dominate with fiery, bull-like intensity. It reflects the team’s bold identity, motivates prospects, and enhances the community-driven experience. Whether awarded for a game-winning goal, a defensive stand, or a goaltending masterpiece, it embodies the spirit of a team charging toward glory.

Blazing Saddle (Playoff MVP)

The Blazing Saddle Award is the Houston Bulls’ honor for the Most Valuable Player of their VHLM playoff campaign. Named for the fiery spirit, it celebrates the player who blazes through the postseason with clutch goals, stellar saves, or tenacious defense, leading the Bulls on their ride to the Founder’s Cup.

That concludes our 1st Annual Houston Awards Shows. But its not over yet, we have one final honor to discuss.

 

This player lead Houston through one of their greatest seasons in Franchise history. He had one of the greatest seasons not just in Houston Bulls history, but also VHLM history. Finishing his VHLM career with a bang, winning his 2nd Founder's Cup, he broke a few records in doing so.

Lowest GAA in Regular Season for Houston (Career) - 1.53

Besides breaking records this player had a phenomenal Houston and VHLM Career. Playing 5 seasons in the VHLM and 2 seasons with Houston, here is a quick peak at his stats.

 

 

 

Now is there a better way to honor this player's career and accomplishment than retiring his number in Houston. I don't think there is. So without further ado help me in congratulating Bartholomew Lorequavius @jaypc8237 in having his number 31 hung from the Houston Bulls rafters.

And a special shoutout to @jaypc8237 for an incredible season and fantastic VHLM career!!  I'm was so glad to see the Bulls win the Founder's Cup this season and I know the team is in terrific hands with @SMYLS4 leading the way.

I was thinking like wolf pelts or claws could be cool. Or wolf skulls with the awards carved in them.
