Lighting and stock work are two major pieces to a successful graphic, and for me you're just missing it. As well, the coloring just doesn't work as much as I'd like it to. Look: 2.5/3 - You seem to be improving a lot lately, I think this is one of your better sigs. The stock work isn't bad, but I think a bit of it is misplaced - I'd personally stick with the cloud/space stock in the background and remove the bubbles and lines, and focus more on putting stock work over the render. Adding some lighting to brighten the face would work really well here. I'd also suggest changing the text - check out the text portion of Jackim's guide for some tips.
