A few days ago Simon Valmount was in newspapers and on TV news. The local Minot Daily News told a story about a traffic accident, which Valmount was part of. This very serious traffic accident has already been investigated by the police and other parties.

What happened, you ask? Story goes like this:

It was late in the night and then the traffic accident happened. Simon Valmount was the driver of the other car in the accident. Unfortunately, Valmount was speeding (40mph allowed in the area and Valmount drove 43mph) right before the accident happened and there were policemen who saw it. So the police called an ambulance, then told what happened to medics.

Other driver was older man. He got a severe concussion, maybe more injuries that haven’t been confirmed yet. In other hand, Valmount survived with only few, not so serious wounds. But he was still hospitalized.

Valmount was fined by breaking the law for 6300 dollars. Whose fault the traffic accident was? Even though Valmount was speeding, accident was other driver’s fault. He was drunk and didn’t follow traffic laws.

Reporters and the news haven’t received any comments from Valmount yet.
