Blake Campbell is playing some fairly impressive hockey lately and it's awfully surprising considering his statistics in the VHLM. Although he was strong and for the most part consistent, at times, his numbers may not have reflected his talent level or his teams talent level. At the VHL level, his numbers are good at compared to elite goalie Brick Wahl, he's making him look like the back up. We all know it's Wahl's final season and that Blake Campbell is pretty much the future in between the pipes for Stockholm. With his recent play, we decided to hear what he had to say about it.

"Feels good to being playing so strong for our boys. I go out there and my mission is to stop every single shot. Right now, my numbers are helping us find good success and I'm very happy for that. Honestly, I'm a bit surprised at how I'm handling myself and there's still quite a bit of season left to go. Either way, it's been one hell of a way to start out my VHL career.
