I had a brief summary of Klose's career thus far months ago in May (Here), but this time around I will be looking at his full career up until now, which is his second to last season.

The Season 40 VHL Entry Draft was one of the best ones the VHL has had, with many big names still around the league today and even some steals in later rounds. The more notable names include the likes of O'Malley, Cote, Richardson, Poole, 3 Moons, Light, and many more. One notable player taken late is Marcus Hurley at 25th. Christoph Klose was a late pick himself at 14th, being passed up multiple times, but has shown to others that it was a mistake to not take him.

Coming into the VHL, Christoph made a bit of a name for himself, winning the VHLM Playoff MVP in Season 39, and being on the team with the best record in Season 40 with the Oslo Storm. While having these kind of accolades, it still was not until Round 2 of the VHL Entry Draft that he was chosen by the New York Americans at 14th overall.

Christophe Klose came into the VHL in Season 41, and put up 21 goals and 25 assists with the Americans. He had 67 hits and 55 shots blocked, and went into the playoffs with New York to record 10 points in 12 games. Klose had the benefit of being on a stellar New York Americans team that enabled Christoph to win the Continental Cup in his rookie season in the finals against the Riga Reign. In his second VHL season, he put up 29 goals and 45 assists, giving him 74 points. He improved in every aspect of the game, including the hits column where he more than doubled his previous numbers with 152. That season, New York was eliminated by the Quebec City Meute in 7 games where within those playoffs, Klose only managed 2 points.

For the following season, Christoph Klose was brought over to the Cologne Express, where he found much success. In his first season with Cologne in Season 43, Christoph scored 38 goals and added 46 assists, giving him 84 points in those 72 games. He quickly catapulted himself into the rankings of one of the better two-way players in the league as well, with his deliverance of 333 hits and 44 blocked shots. In the post-season, he put up 19 points in 18 games, including his 8 goals in a run that resulted in a finals loss to the Seattle Bears. In the next season, Klose once again improved his point totals, getting up to 107 points with 38 goals once again. This time around, he put up 344 hits. In that post-season, Cologne made the finals once again, although this time they lost out to the Calgary Wranglers in 6 games. Christoph Klose had 10 points in their 13 game run.

Along came Season 45, where Christoph Klose was traded to the Helsinki Titans. In his first season with Helsinki (S45), he put up a total of 97 points (39 goals and 58 assists). Once again, Klose also had 300 hits, showcasing his two-way talents. On his third team of his career, this was also where he won his second cup. In those playoffs, Klose produced 11 points in 12 games, and Helsinki went on to the finals where they beat the Calgary Wranglers in 7 games after being down 3-1 in the series. Interestingly enough, Klose got revenge for his finals loss to Calgary in the previous season.

Right now we are in Season 46, where Christoph Klose remains with the Helsinki Titans. He currently has 33 goals and 42 assists in 61 games. Also along with that are his 308 hits. While that is definitely a great pace to be having, it is oddly 19th overall in scoring. It is a big question as to whether Klose can win his third cup of his career with the Helsinki Titans this season, although they are doing quite well this time around. He has also stated to be testing the Free Agent market in the off-season.
