Congratulations on being selected as Team Scandinavia's General Manager for the upcoming World Cup! When you created Tim TebowGow, you were very passionate about Team Scandinavia, trying to recruit several other people to the team. What was it about Team Scandinavia that made it your destination of choice?

There's a lot to like about Scandinavia. I like the accents, and I love all the Viking history. They just seem like badasses to me being able to survive in the cold like that. Team Scandinavia always has a few great players, but never had enough depth to compete. I hoped that by joining and recruiting others to join, we could provide Team Scandinavia with enough Star Power and depth to win the whole thing.

Speaking of recruiting, let's say you had the ability to pick one player for Team Scandinavia who isn't currently eligible for the team, who would it be and why?

Team Scandinavia lacks a star defensemen, with our highest defenseman at 404 tpe. If we could only get said player for one tournament, I would choose Mason Richardson as he is the best player available. If we got the player for the rest of their career, I would choose Francis York Morgan as he is a young player who is currently turning into a top defender and could be with us for multiple tournaments.

Team Scandinavia had a rough time at the last World Cup, failing to reach the Bronze Medal Game. Did you consider that a disappointment or were you expecting it to be a tough tournament?

Well we didn't have a goalie, so not much was expected. Still, failure is not an option in Scandinavia. The North Remembers.

One of the things that didn't help last tournament was that your team was unable to play a goalie with any VHL experience. Now with your brother Bernie having just played his third season in the VHL, how important is it to now have a goalie with Bernie's level of experience?

It's huge to have a goalie of Bernie's caliber. In order to win in any hockey league, you need to have at least a solid goalie. Bernie's stats haven't been great so far compared to his tpe, but his career appears to be turning around after being traded to Calgary, as he has performed very well so far in the playoffs, and that clutch play could come in handy come tournament time.

One of the big stories of last season was Max Molholt's terrific 120 point season for the Toronto Legion, now that he'll be playing with some of the best passers in the game such as Aleksi Koponen and Tim TebowGow, do you expect him to keep up those performances at the World Cup or do you think that having a more talented supporting cast will see his numbers drop?

I think generally being on a worse team can inflate stats as someone has to score. However, Moholt is a great young player with a great build, so I don't want to take any credit away from him for his great year, as he outperformed other high tpe player on tanking teams such as Lord Karnage. I expect Moholt to at least achieve a point per game, but with so many good players I expect the wealth to be spread around a bit more on Team Scandinavia.

This isn't the first time you've been a World Cup General Manager, as you managed Team Mercenaries in Season 37. How different a challenge was that compared to the one you face with Team Scandinavia this tournament?

Team Scandinavia features a much better talent pool to choose from than Team Mercenaries. When I GM'd team Mercenaries, I tried to select actives with less tpe over inactives with more tpe, which also made the team a bit worse. Because the team was devoid of talent, I created crazy lines with 5 offense all around to see if I could make something happen. Oddly enough, we actually were in first place for a few days, beating some big teams like Canada and stuff. However, I think we did eventually get to the bottom of the standings :(. Anyway, Scandinavia has a much better prospect pool, so I think I can go with the more normal line settings I've been using with Calgary and I expect us to make a lot of noise.

Final question, there have been some suggestions that there should be a player store purchase that allows players to move countries as a one-time purchase. Would you support such a purchase being implemented or do you feel like it goes against the spirit of the World Cup to allow players that option?

I think being allowed to buy a different world cup team goes against the spirit of the world cup, as it's cool to have everyone remain on the same team their entire career and build their pride in their nationality. P.S. ANY NEW PLAYERS MAKE SURE TO JOIN TEAM SCANDINAVIA MASTER RACE

Thanks to YEAH for the questions :3
