The render placement is cool, the background as potential. The font should be lower imo. Get some curves layers on there to really make Datsyuk pop. Aside from that it looks like you were going for kinda a simple out of focus dust kinda look with the BG which can work but you stopped shy of it going all the way so I'd like to see more. Text is an okay start but get it closer to the render and play around with it a bit to create some fun effects' as is it looks very slapped on.
