I like the idea you're going for here but it feels like I'm looking at 3 different sigs. The left side doesn't match anything (and is very bland), the render effects and right side are solid but then he text and scan lines don't really fit either. I think your effect work is quite on point but you need to play with some exposure a bit and get everything blended neatly together so that it has some flow. The left side completely needs to be re-worked as is unfortunately, I don't think there is saving that when it's a giant yellow blob that doesn't match the rest.

I agree that the left side is really underutilized and it stands out as such. The whole thing needs some more contrast I think, as it sort of all blends into the same range of colors, right in the middle. I need more highlights and shadows. The text is fine and the effects might be cool if there was more contrast.
