Banackock 8,049 Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 As the recruitment leader for the VHL, it's safe to say that I've spent the last couple months (minus the few free weeks and shit I've got), searching the interweb looking for ways to spread the word about the VHL. From going onto hockey forums all throughout the web (NHL and international sites), to messaging quite a few members on the SHL, to talking with @Will and firing off a message to members who had not signed in within the last 30 days with a kind little message saying something along the lines of "hey, we haven't seen you in a while. Wanna come back?". This week, I unfortunately do not have the amazing joy of not having a free week and thus, must get my ass back to the grind and find ways to try and make this community bigger and better. However, my mind is running out of ideas and I've searched high and low prior and am running out of forums. Either have to start digging a little deeper and thinking out of the box and reaching to places that one may not normally think to look (we can find members anywhere. Yes, @Higgins, even on the pornhub forums). While I do have a few small ideas left (like Facebook AD's and shit), I'm needing a little help so if any of you got some sort of idea (big or small) - fire it my way and I'll try and give er a go. Playoffs or Start of the off-season? If it were now, they'd get a head start. IMO, should also bring in a "new member" crew of people. Help new members and help with retention. I know there's lots willing and I am always one to post or PM them, but would still be nice to make these guys like the community and such quicker.
