A back-and-forth series has lead to a Game 7 over in Europe, and with the action returning to Davos, the Dynamo are confident in their chances to advance to face the Reign. During the regular season, no team had a better home record than the Dynamo. However, the Titans, hungry for a third straight championship, are still a very good team, so nothing can be taken for granted in this series. (Damn that sentence was littered with commas.) Thus far, we have seen a very low-scoring series dominated by the goalies. Both Rhett DeGrath and Astrid Moon have a 0.940+ save percentage and a 1.52 goals against average.

 

The Dynamo have been particular ineffective when it comes to scoring on the power play. They were the second-best in that regard during the regular season, and they were particularly effective against Helsinki (nine goals in 34 attempts). This has not carried over to the post-season, as they have just two power play goals in 27 attempts in the series against Helsinki. If they are going to win Game 7, they are going to have to take advantage of these opportunities.
