You've got a solid start here. The render is too sharp and kind of looks low quality because of it, and the lighting over the render's shoulder and in the corners is too bright. With text it's usually better to try either having the first name be smaller (subtext) or put it all in one line. The text does look alright here, but it takes up a bit too much of the sig I'd say. I like the background for the sig, it could use a bit more stock work though.
