Looks kind of unfinished. You have something really good in the background and coloring work although it could use a bit more to it, and the negative space would serve better with some texture. The text looks alright but I feel like a different font could fit this a little better.

Review: I agree that this looks a little unfinished, and think you could have gone a couple ways with it. I'd have used the same texture over the negative space, but darkened to the point you could barely see it anyway - just a subtlety that when you see the sig there's still something there other than solid black. I'd also have kept that brush stroke tighter to the render, the big space there with just red is a little distracting. I don't mind the text, it adds a pop of contrast. Pretty much the biggest hangup is the solid black space should have something to mask it a bit.
