Gretzky's destination narrowed down

With the Dispersal Draft order now up we can take a look at the top two teams and know exactly where Shawn Gretzky might go. The New York Americans have the first pick and it should be interesting to see who they select. They have their choice of Chase Keller who is a young stud who went 1st overall in Season 57 and just finished his rookie season with over 100 points while mostly just playing by himself out there. In my honest opinion he is the Rookie of the Year. Chances are if he ends up in New York he will be playing with Fujimoto and Komarov to form a great 1st line with Casey Jones who is the front runner for ROY on defense. The Future will be bright with Keller in the fold.

 

That means Shawn Gretzky falls to the Seattle Bears and would really bolster their attack which seemed to be struggling despite having a lot of moving parts. Gretzky would be paired with Gabriel McAlistair who is a great offensive talent so Gretz and Gabe would form a nice duo. Either way New York and Seattle hit the lottery as you can't go wrong with either player.
