STZ 5,360 Posted March 19, 2018 Share Posted March 19, 2018 The flaw here is that money isn’t a negotiated number, everyone just uses the minimum amount for the salary bracket. So the whole nature of retaining salaries would be in order to circumvent the Salary Bracket system which is in place for a reason.
