I'm a little disappointed that I fell all the way to fifth, but it makes sense. Twinger was a lock for one, Kovalchuk makes perfect sense going to Seattle at 2, and it's hard to fault Toronto for going with a solid goaltender at three. It also doesn't surprise me that I ended up going alongside the guy I spent the season racing with for the second-highest TPE total (I think I was in third at the moment, but it more or less depends on what day of the week you look at the draft board). Still, fifth seems like just a big drop. Whatever.

As far as the team I'm on, Quebec is definitely looking impressive moving forward. This was a wild-card squad just last season and we've only improved after adding myself and Palo along with a few possible boom picks in round two. I don't know what the future holds, but for the next few seasons this is a team built to compete.
