1. Honestly, the flexibility of creating your own team with the players you actually want. 

2.For me, I rather like the Carolina Hurricanes' stadium series jersey. Probably not the best one ever made, but It is what it is. 

3.In-n-out. Cheap and delicious. 

4.Well, I got a hockey puck lodged in between my face and my visor. Surprisingly no injury since I was trying to block a shot, but ended up looking like a pirate with a eyepatch instead. 

5. Could be better considering their past success. Goaltending needs work.

6. still too soon to tell since one injury from any of the top 3 teams in any division can throw it off.

1. Beating my friends and having bragging rights for the year.

2. As a biased Flyers fan I love the 2012 Winter Classic jerseys, but I also love the 2008-2013 Hurricane Alternates.

3. Don't eat a lot of fast food but the one I eat the most is definitely Wawa. (Most of you won't know what that is.)

4. I fell down the stairs carrying a cup of freshly brewed coffee, spilling it all over myself burning the ever living shit out of myself. It hurt so bad I didn't even feel the pain from falling down the steps just the scolding hot coffee all over my nuts.

5. Fine we are .500 and 5th in the Metro. I'd prefer they do worst tho.

6. Its hard not to say Winnipeg or Dallas vs Florida or Carolina.

4 The closest has to be nearly getting a heart attack over being told the wrong amount of parts that need to be run off of my machine. 

 

5 Surprisingly well. We've dropped our last 2, but setting an NHL record that's going to be difficult, if not impossible to beat, does Smith things out 

 

6  I'd like to Jets v Hurricanes. However, I'm feeling more like Golden Knights v Panthers or Lightning.

1. The community! It's nice to meet and talk with new people who share a similar interest.

 

2. Unironically... I really like the Leafs Black/Blue Next gen jerseys. They look so nice to me, idk why.

 

3. Crispy Chicken Meal and a JBC from Wendy's. It hits the spot.

 

4. My dog walked over to me, jumped into my lap, farted and then hopped back down and walked away.

 

5. I miss Auston Matthews. But otherwise they are doing... middling. Just looks like a repeat of every other year and will probably be another first round exit.

 

6. I'm not sure. Its hard to count out the Oilers after the run they went on last year. Winnepeg can beat any team thats not Toronto. And on the other side its hard not to pick a team from the Atlantic. Probably go with... Vegas and Florida I guess.

1. I don't want to say too much, but this series is just as competitive as we had predicted on the podcast. We're obviously in a decent position, but can't take anything for granted.

 

2. It depends on if it's for a short period of time, like a day or if it's forever. If it's a short period of time, I'll go with a crow, because they're intelligent and the overhead view from flying would be incredible. If it's forever, I'd probably pick a gorilla, so I could retain something closer to my humanity.

 

3. 7PM. Game start time, I'm home from work, and there's still time left in the day.

 

4. It already exists. It's a cheesesteak wiz without from Dalessandro's Steaks in Roxborough in Philadelphia.

 

5. Naked and Afraid XL. I'm addicted to survival content, especially with a group dynamic.

 

6. There's really not much to pick from, because Winter is miserable, so I would have to just say Christmas is in the beginning of Winter.

1. Sorry, no comment. I don’t comment on ongoing series. It’s a superstition of mine. After it’s over I’ll edit my answer. But i will say the other teams have done as i have suspected. 
2. Well this really depends on whether I stay the animal forever or can just change into it whenever I wanted. If it is the former I’d probably pick a fox, bobcat, or leopard, some kind of solitary animal where I could spend my days hunting alone and chilling. Now if its the latter I would pick the Canada Goose to just fly all over the world whenever I wanted. 
3. Probably 8-11pm, I am very much a night owl. So this is usually when I eat dinner and do whatever I want to do to relax. 
4. Homemade Focaccia, Pesto Mayo, burrata, mortadella, salami, capicollo, salted tomatoes. 

5. Probably the Simpsons or Family Guy. Something where if i don’t see a part it doesn’t mean I won’t know what’s going on. 
6. Soup, everything else about winter sucks. I hate it.

I'm a survival show enthusiasts as well. I still rewatch survivorman even if I've seen them all like 20x each. Also loved the first seasons of dual survival with Dave canterbury and cody lundin

1 They've been alright. I don't want to comment more in order to not jinx things. 

 

2 Some sort of bird so that I could enjoy flying. 

 

3 Night. I don't enjoy the day all that much.

5 I don't have a particular show. I rotate between something like 3 or 4.

 

6 As my parents always said, you can always add more layers when you're cold, but there's only so many layers can take off before you get a charge.

1. It feels like a bit of a rollercoaster. Waiting for sims to come out and just seeing if you're winning or losing each sim. 

2. I'd go with a bear. Aggressive when provoked yet calm when left alone. 

3. Any time but the morning, I'm not a morning person. 

4. Toasted sourdough bread melted butter on each slice, crispy bacon, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, and a smashburger patty. 

5. Scooby doo. Long running series and funny. 

6. The cold. I've always liked the cold more than the heat.

1. My highlight of the season was watching this team grow week after week.  I don't think I've ever been a part of a team that earned this much-- we gained 1458 TPE as a team this season, which is absolutely crazy considering we started the season at 1846!

 

2. My player did not reach the goals I set out for them.  I was hoping to score more points personally and win another Continental Cup, but c'est la vie...

 

3. I need more scoring for my player I think, SC is only at 82 right now.  If I can get it closer to 90 I think i'll be in good shape for S97!

 

4. I think Mississauga will win the Founder's Cup-- even though that will break our streak of always losing to winners lol.  I think @ace_five_ has done a great job with that team and deserves all the success ever  Go Hounds!

1. Reaching top 10 for PIM and hits in my rookie season. 

2. Somewhat yeah. I didn't have too many goals for this player besides being a good defensive player.

1. Winning The Mickey Dickson Award.

2. I was hoping to have more assists, but with how much TPE I had compared to others in the league I think I performed extremely well this season.

3. I think I just need to better focus my build and reallocate some useless points in other places.

4. I think Ottawa will win as long as they start von Doom.

5. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. It is without a doubt the best Christmas movie of all time, no opinion just fact, if you disagree you are wrong. I've watched it every year for as long as I can remember. To the point I can quote the whole movie.

1. The highlight of the season for me was making it to the playoffs. It was nice to score some goals early on, though that tapered off significantly, but ultimately getting in was what I wanted.

 

2. I would say so. I nearly maxed out on TPE I could have earned and made myself a top 2 prospect in the VHLM draft and possibly a first round pick in the VHL draft.

 

3. I think I need to improve my game offensively a little bit, and figure out how to take fewer penalties. Thankfully, I have a re-roll this offseason, so I can reallocate a bit to become more effective.

 

4. Mississauga. Going into the playoffs I had a feeling that whoever won Philadelphia vs. Mississauga would win, and it seems that will happen.

 

5. Christmas Vacation is a classic you can't ever count out, but I'd also same Home Alone 1 & 2 are definitely up there for me as well.

 

6. I think I could help a little bit with bushcraft - building shelter, or traps for hunting, possibly even spear tips as well. It also depends what tools we have available.

1 Probably the 2 goal game that I had.

 

2 Somewhat. I'm not entirely sure where my face off percentage ended up, but I'm still rather pleased with 16 points and 2 game winners on the third and fourth lines. The -2 does hurt, a bit.

 

3 I'm probably going to be upgrading my checking and passing. 

 

4 Mississauga is probably the safe bet.

 

5 Die Hard 1, if we're going to count it. Otherwise, the claymation Christmas specials that came on TV every year growing up.

 

6 I like to think I'd be better at things than I probably would be. I think I could help build a fire as well as maybe fish by building a boat.
