Apologies, I had copied the lines over to all the other days since I wasn't assuming back ups were a big deal and I had a few lines that weren't already set for the entire round robin, so I didn't want to have a game with a team having no lines. Defaulting to just setting all the lines to copy turns out replaces peoples back ups they had set.

I have to think there may have been some different outcomes with my backup in goal. Am I just fucked or are we able to do something?

What? Why would there be different outcomes with back ups in net? You had your better goalie starting all the games, you had no CPU's playing. The round robin is over. It was a relatively minor error that results in a few goalies not playing. Thus far other than you only one other back up missed a game based on my conversations with another GM. It's not that big of a deal, sorry.

Our "backup" is the best VHLM goalie right now. I love Cole, but Rhett deserved some games

From a stats perspective yes. It wasn't an intentional snub note, I'm only pointing out there are no forced back up rules in the WJC and your actual starter had the actual same TPA (200) as Stoffiday did. Like I said, it was a mistake on my part, but because your team didn't lose playing a player with anymore TPE and it didn't get caught till after the round robin. Not much to be done about it. Had I caught it before I finished the round robin he would of gotten some games. But this isn't enough justification for a resim imo.
