xDParK 81 Posted February 25, 2019 Share Posted February 25, 2019 Chico Smeb who just came into the league a few days ago has skyrocketed up the draft rankings so far. Currently sitting at 22nd out of close to 100 prospects. With a motivated Smeb it appears likely he will remain consistent and can finish the season in the top 20. Although he may never be an elite talent, a VHL team is going to get a great young piece to support their star scorers. Chico is going to be a stud playmaker and will fit perfectly with the top scorers in the game. Expect Chico to be drafted anywhere in the 15-25 range. His recent inactivity will scare away a few GMs understandably. We caught up with Chico for a quick interview interview: Let’s look ahead to the VHL draft. Any teams you hope to be drafted to? Chico: Honestly I’d be happy playing for anyone. But I’ve always liked Toronto, where my former player Salmon played for a couple seasons.
