Second one is the best one by far. I'll review that so it can help for future

 

First, the text has too many colours. Stick to one or two at the most and if you're using black like that I would make it more of a shadow effect on the blue. The cut of the render is well done. I think you could use a few effects on the render, the text, and the overall piece to give it all the same type of look. Lastly I would suggest some lighting sources near the goalies head more because the first thing that should stand out is the player, not the back of his jersey. Review:

My personal favourite is the 3rd one. What stands out for me is how the crossbar and some of the background isn't too bright and doesn't take away from the focal point of the goalie. The colours of the Blues match almost perfectly with the Reapers so good choice there. I personally like the font the way it is, it's bold and stands out nicely. Goalie helmet fits the team of the Reapers too so that's a nice added touch.
