Name: Codrick Past

Age 18

Height: 6'0"

Weight: 190 lb

Hometown: Gorlab's Basement

Overview

Codrick Past coming from the United Kingdom decided one day that he was bored of just sitting around and drinking tea in his rich mansion. As a result he decided to use one of his many talents and go play some ice hockey in the VHLM. Past happened to join the league after the draft had already happened so he decided to sign with Ottawa as they were basically the worst team in the league due to the ineptitude of their AGM. That didn't matter to Past though as he took the team and carried them to a playoff spot for most of the season. Eventually he got bored though and stopped trying and for some reason Ottawa traded him. Angered by this disrespect Past started trying again and capped off his VHLM career by winning the cup and claiming the playoff MVP, an obvious outcome for a man of Past's talents

Pros

Passing: Past is well known for his laser accurate passes that are impossible to pick off  and always land right where he wants them too. Really almost any idiot can score with Past passing the puck and he displayed this in his first VHLM season finishing with 81 assists in the regular season second only to Denver Wolfe a well known doper.

Defense: If Past is on his game it's basically impossible to score on him. Most of this is because of his superior intelligence, as a result he's always in the right place in the right time and never out of position. Past knows what the opponent is going to do before even they know, really there's no point for anyone even trying to score on him as it's not going to happen; after all what chance do they stand versus a superior Brit like Past.

Puck Handling: While lounging about in the UK Past spent a lot of time playing video games. As a result of this Past has inhuman hand reflexes and quickness. When Past has the puck on his stick trying to get it off him is a nightmare, this combined with his insane intelligence makes him a force to be reckoned with. Past could probably just slowly waddle down the ice stick handling and still nobody would be able to take the puck from him

Cons

Attitude: Past doesn't have any weaknesses, and even if he does it's just the thing's that he's worst at compared to his other skills, but even his worst skills are still 100 times better than the average Joe's best. Some might say his cockiness or attitude or laziness/lack of effort are a weakness and that it will catch up to him and he'll regret it but who knows.

Fighting: One of Past's supposed weaknesses is probably fighting, after all why would a superior sophisticated man like him ever waste his time or bother fighting; that's for the inferior unskilled uncivilized humans who sit on the bench to do. Regardless if someone ever does manage to get Past into a fight it may end badly for him

Face offs: Although Past does excel at almost everything he does, he will admit that face offs are one of the things that he's always struggled with even though he's put a little bit of work into it. Thankfully Past as a defense man won't have to take face offs unless his whole team gets thrown out of the circle or something, or maybe they'll all be so bad at face offs that Past will have to take it anyways.

Review: Digging the Tommy Lee Jones face claim. I like the backstory you created for Codrick. The sophisticated gentleman is fun character to see in hockey. I’m looking forward to seeing what future he’ll find in the VHL.
