HughJas_ 76
With the season coming to an end, we look to a marquee match up that could very well change the playoff standings. Halifax will play their final game against the Ottawa Lynx who have been a top team all season. Halifax is currently 3rd in league standings with 106 Points, which is only 1 point behind the number 2 ranked Ottawa Lynx. This final match could be the most important of the last few games going into playoffs, the match will determine whether the Halifax 21st play the 6th seeded Mexico City Kings or the 7th Seeded San Diego Marlins. The Halifax 21st have gone all in, big names Blake @Gaudette and AJ Axelson @littleboi are gone to the VHL after this season, while defensive prospect Hugh Chan and Guy LeGrande @Steve look to enter the VHL and VHLM Drafts after signing on as free agents. This could be the last of a champion caliber team we see from the Halifax 21st before they look to a rebuild. Now all they can hope for is a win, a lower seeded team could definitely ease their way to deep playoff run, and possibly the franchises first Founders Cup.
